Mr. John Nweze, based in London, the United Kingdom, is a Director of the OCI Foundation (Australia), was instrumental to the successful registration of the body in Australia.

Johnny has always been a lover of mass mobilisation, and this quality dates back to his days as an undergraduate student at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria, where he respectively served in the Students Union Government’s (SUG) House of Representatives and Senate, as well as the Secretary General of the SUG.

He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Agric Economics in 1987, and subsequently served under the Nigerian Government’s Directorate for Mass Mobilisation and National Directorate for Employment.

After a brief return to the University of Nigeria, from where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (1990), Johnny joined Nigerian national politics, and worked as the Personal Assistant to the National Secretary of the Social Democratic Party (SDP). At a point in time, he was the Sole Administrator of the party in the Old Anambra State of Nigeria.

In November 1993, at the time the SDP was proscribed following a military coup to end Nigeria's second stint at democracy, Johnny was the Assistant Director of Administration at the Party's National Headquarters.

He relocated to United Kingdom in 1994, and in 1999, he went to South Bank University in London, from where he obtained a Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Development Studies.

Mr John Nweze has a large heart for charity, and serves as a Consultant for Charities in Community Development. He is currently a Trustee of High Tower Church in London. He is also the Director of Administration and a Minister at Jubilee Christian Centre and Ministerial Association. In addition, he is a Managing Director of Jubilee Renewal Projects which is a Homelessness Charity Organisation in London, the UK. He also contracts for Mental Health Management Organisations.
